Recently, the Henan Provincial Department of Science and Technology issued a notice on the second batch of science and technology development plans for Henan Province in 2023. The project "Key Technology Development for Large-scale Preparation of Single Kettle 75mm3 Nano Silica Aerogel" led by our company was approved and supported by the provincial finance in 1 million yuan.
This project is led by our company, with deputy general manager Liu Peisong as the project leader. In cooperation with Henan University and Luoyang Naiyan Pottery Fiber Co., Ltd. and other units, we have developed a large-scale preparation technology of nano-silica to form a 10,000-ton production line process, providing basic materials for the medium and high-end heat insulation fields, so as to help implement the "double carbon" plan. During the implementation of the project, 5-8 patents were applied for and 1-2 enterprise standards were formulated. 2-3 kinds of high-performance nano-silica aerogels have been industrially produced and applied, and the expected economic benefit can reach more than 15 million yuan and the profit and tax is more than 4 million yuan.
This project is the first science and technology plan project approved by our company since its establishment, which highlights the positive progress of the company in the strategic layout of new product research and development and scientific and technological research. The company will take this opportunity to promote the research and development of new products to a new level.
