Product Features:
1. The product has the characteristics of developed pore structure, strong lipophilic/hydrophilic, low acid replacement amount and good chemical stability, high purity and low metal ion content.
2. It is added to PE and other battery separators, which has good dispersion, can improve the pore distribution of the separator and improve the mechanical properties of the composite separator, increase the total amount of colloidal electrolyte, improve the conductivity of the separator, and extend the service life.
Because nano-silica (SiO₂) has small size effect, surface interface effect, quantum size effect and macroscopic quantum tunnel effect and special optical and electrical properties, high magnetoresistance phenomenon, nonlinear resistance phenomenon and the singularity of high strength, high toughness and good stability at high temperature, nano-silica can be widely used in various fields, and has broad application prospects and great commercial value.
