Henan Haiborui Silicon Material Technology Co., Ltd. was established in June 2008 and began actual operations in July 2019. Haiborui Company is located in the Nanomaterials Industrial Park, Jiyuan City, Henan Province, with a registered capital of 155 million yuan, covering an area of 207 acres, a total design capacity of 200000 tons/year, and a total investment of 1.5 billion yuan. After reaching production, it will achieve sales revenue of 2.5 billion yuan and profits and taxes of 1 billion yuan. At present, there are 131 employees, and the investment in various assets is 0.34 billion yuan. In September 2019, the construction of the first phase with an annual output of 30000 tons of special functional nano silica will be started, and it will be completed and put into operation in March 2021, and the investment in fixed assets will be 0.34 billion yuan. As of December 2022, Haiborui Company has produced 30000 tons of various nano-silica and sold 28000 tons, with a sales revenue of 0.18 billion billion yuan.
The technology relies on the "National and Local Joint Engineering Research Center for Nano-hybrid Materials Application Technology", and has a well-known professional integrated innovation team and research and development capabilities for nanomaterials. It can provide various silica products with excellent performance according to customer needs. Innovation and development provide strong technical support. The company currently has 20 national invention patents and has developed a number of series of special functional nano-silica products, which are widely used in different industries. Among them, the 200000-ton/year special functional nano-silica project is the first batch of key projects in Jiyuan Nanomaterials Industrial Park, which has been included in the high-quality development catalog of industrial enterprises in Jiyuan Demonstration Zone.
The company has passed the certification work of ISO9001(2015 edition) quality management system, ISO14001 and environmental management system, OHSAS18001 occupational health and safety management system, and integration management system, etc. In September 2021, the company obtained the feed additive production license (Yurutian (2021)T18077); In August 2022, Henan Province Special Functional Nanosilica Synthesis Intelligent Workshop was approved. In August 2022, Jiyuan Silicon-based New Materials Engineering Technology Research Center was approved; in January 2023, it was approved by Henan Silicon-based New Materials Engineering Technology Research Center.
